eDevelopment is a self service module of PeopleSoft HRMS.

Employees can maintain their own experience history - accomplishments, training, testing etc. They can request training, their manager authorise and then the employee can be enrolled onto a training course.

Employees can also look through internal vacancies to develop their role.
