PeopleSoft Nationality Data

There are several PeopleSoft records that contain information about nationality.

CITIZENSHIP record

This record holds the the countries and citizenship status of both employees and dependents.

The citizenship status can be set for each country, but generally is:

T - Native A - Naturalised D - Dual

CITIZEN_PSSPRT Record

This holds s history of employees and their dependents' passports. The data can include the passport number, date issued and by whom and also the expiry date.

VISA_PMT_DATA Record

This record holds visa permit information for each employee and their dependents. Again, this can hold the start date, the visa number, the status, who issued the visa and the expiration date.
