PeopleSoft maintains a range of data about nationality:
CITIZENSHIP record contains the nationality (or nationalities) of an employee.
PeopleSoft can also hold the current visas held by an employee too.
As a general rule, to determine who pays an employee, check the PAYGROUP field of the JOB record.
